The room is quite small and lacks any view. There is no mini fridge available. It’s bit confusing how to book the spa treatment. On the positive side, the location is convenient—just a short walk from Hamburg Hauptbahnhof. The highlight of my stay was the spa: the massage treatment was truly the best I’ve ever had.

Loved it ! Would definitely use again, even though its a bit more expensive than some (read mixed reviews of other hotels in this area). Very near central station. Amazing art deco lobby (which is huge!) and dining area. Nice room, more spacious than in some hotels.

Overall it was OK. The room was comfortable but didn’t have a minifridge. The bathroom had questionable privacy because there is a large window with pebbled glass, but no window covering. One day we came back to our room and someone else's luggage was in the room. That was a little alarming, but everything was fine (nothing taken from our room). We took the luggage down to the front desk. The concierge was helpful with suggestions on what to see and how to get there. The morning breakfast buffet was very good.

My stay at the Reichshoft Hamburg was excellent. The hotel is centrally located just across from the Hamburg Central Station and other amenities in the city. The front desk staff is very friendly, polite and helpful. The room was very clean, and everything in it functioned as expected. I highly recommend this hotel if you need to travel to the airport or if you want to travel by rail to other parts of Germany or Europe. I will definitely stay at the Reichshoft again.

This is an excellent hotel. It is quiet, with pleasant rooms and a wonderful long-nineteenth-century feel. Breakfast is amazing and the restaurants in the hotel are very good. In addition, many excellent restaurants, cafes and shops are nearby. Doing laundry is very hard, because all laundromats are very far away -- 20 minutes by subway (or more). There is no refrigerator in the room. This makes longer stays hard.
