Nice but peculiar

Overall nice stay. The room was a little dated but it was clean. What I found extremely odd was when I arrived the front desk said they would need to keep hold of my passport. I refused this and left them with my drivers license. Also when I left and was checking out, I was told to wait while the woman behind the desk went to check my room

Perfect location

Perfect location for Tirana. Our room was overlooking the Christmas bazaar on the mail square. Bed was extra large and comfortable.

Overall had a good time, just some hiccups.

The stay here was good but the pool was closed due to construction. Also some hiccups here and there like the shower drain was not draining water properly and there was an overflow. There were not enough sockets for phine charge and need to move ironing table to the near by lamp socket to use it. Rest all was good, it has its own car park and a great location. We had a wonderful view of Skanderberg square. Would be great if it jad some vegetarian options for breakfast.

Safe clean and easy hotel

Check in was fast and easy. The hotel is in front of the main place in the city center and very convenient to travel or walk from there. It's quiet area even if you are in the city center. The room is large and very clean. The room service is ok and the people working there are helpful but not smiling at all and could be more friendly and nice. You have the feeling that they are annoyed all the time. The mini bar has bottles that need a bottle opener but there is none in the room ! So I asked one but had to open the bottle and give it back straightaway to the room service ...

Rude staff, Location is Nice

The staff was rude and totally unfriendly. For start, I was given a sub standard double economy room even when my booking clearly shows business suite. Later, the receptionist informed me that you have sat on the bed of this double eco room so he can change the room. After a lot of hassle and argument, they finally gave me the suite which I booked and paid

Unstable sometimes WiFi connection is not the strongest point. The staff is excellent and very helpful, the hotel is centrally located. More fruits at the breakfast would be welcome.
