After cleaning our room the second day housekeeping forgot to out towels back and we had to ask for additional TP this morning as we ran out of it. Underwhelming boutique Hotel.
Our booking included cooked breakfast.The waiter seemed surprised by this,rather than sort it without fuss he made us feel uncunfortable.It needs attention around the pool,umbrella,table ,chairs etc.Room needs a fridge.On the good side ,best bed i ever slept in

I really enjoyed staying here. The staff is very nice and helpful. The restaurant serves a nice breakfast for a nominal price. It was very quiet and no problems sleeping. The bed was wonderful. The shower was fantastic. The only drawback was the internet. I had two online meetings during my stay and the service was unstable. For my second online meeting, I was permitted to use the dining room, which was not much better. If the hotel could get better internet service, it would definitely be 5 stars!

Al encender la tina de hidromasaje sale basura (hongo) de las tuberías y ensucia el agua, tuve que llenarla 3 veces desperdiciando mucha agua :( además la llave salpica agua alrededor y se moja todo el piso, tampoco funciona el tapón de desagüe. Por otra parte en cuestión del desayuno, anteriormente estaba mejor, atendía un equipo de un chico en cocina, ahora el desayuno lo elabora la señora de recepción (comprendo su esfuerzo) pero no ofrecen más que huevos con totopos y frijoles y jugó (artificial) y agua, café ó té. La verdad no me gustó y no vale la pena ofrecer esa opción si es deficiente. Volvería pero a una habitación sin tina y sin desayuno.
