The Hotel Des Artes in Galata was in a fantastic location. Just steps from the beautiful tower, and so close to many shops, cafés and restaurants. The hotel itself is a beautiful old building, and the rooms are full of cute vintage touches. The staff, especially Siren, we’re all friendly. The breakfast provided was at a café a few steps away, and was excellent.

Galata tower area
I loved the area which was surrounded by restaurants and cafes along the street . I could see the galata tower from my room . I t was safe but noisy and crowded . The room was clean and has a small balcony . The staff were very friendly but the room was very small and there was no TV. The bathroom and the door of the room has little issues .

Amazing!!
The atmosphere & design in the hotel is absolutely amazing, it’s giving retro vibes. We got greeted at the door which I find that very welcoming as not alot of places do that nowadays. The location is definitely the best part of the hotel it is walking distance to all the attractions. Instanbul made easy.
The hotel is well placed , 50 mètres from the Galata Tower. The neighborhood has many restaurants and bars and the local people are friendly and helpful. The public transport is excellent. We enjoyed the visit.
