Great area! All of Belgrano is easily walkable, great food very nearby. The apartment was nice and clean; great hot water and pressure; a/c functioned flawlessly. Internet is reliable, but not lightening fast. If you work online and require fast capacity, it won't be sufficient. If you're on vacation, it's fine. The staff is tops. It doesn't get any better than the team of professionals that are always at your service.

We checked out of an apartment we rented in the morning and needed a place to stay as our flight was leaving at midnight. Booking was very easy, received prompt response and clear directions, staff at check-in was very friendly and helpful, and we were pleasantly surprised when we saw our room. I wish we would have found this place for a whole stay. I do not hesitate to recommend Sucre Suites and I will definitely use them in the future.

The property is fine, and the staff is great. Be aware that it is not a really aparthotel, it's more like an Air BnB. Had to look for the keys at a garage two blocks away at night, in an area next to the train station, which was not what I expected (it was late at night and they are there only during regular working hours). I was disappointed that the description on Expedia's website clearly states "daily housekeeping" which is clearly not the case. They wouldn't take responsibility for the publication saying that it was Expedia's error.

La verdad es que esta era nuestra segunda oportunidad en este alojamiento y volvimos porque la primera vez fue muy bueno… Esta vez no fue tan bueno por el “No Aseo” de nuestra habitación, se limitaron apenas a cambiarnos 1 día las toallas y no nos estiraron ni la cama, no entiendo, porque incluso nos cobraron un monto adicional “por servicio de aseo”, el lugar está muy bien ubicado y tiene buenas instalaciones, pero no puedo entender que no hagan el aseo al menos del baño sobretodo si te cobran adicional por ello. Para terminar solo puedo decir que la segunda vez estuvo muy lejos de la calidad de servicio de nuestro primer alojamiento.
