Great location and friendly staff. Wine tasting in the lobby which was a nice touch. Room was bigger than expected and very comfortable. Upholstery could use a clean but all in all a very pleasant stay.

Very nicely updated
Nicely updated property with very friendly staff. The room was very clean and the bed very comfortable. We always appreciate that they allow pets to come along as well. The room does not have a microwave or coffee maker, so keep in mind if that’s what you’re looking for but wasn’t a problem for us. We will visit again

Good location but noisy…
I booked a king size room for a two night pre Thanksgiving getaway and while the hotel is conveniently located in downtown walla Walla the property sits at a very busy intersection and vehicles accelerating out of the intersection were extremely loud and obnoxious. At all hours. The hotel didn’t appear to be busy so I let the desk know we were not comfortable with the noise but didn’t offer to move us. I won’t stay there again.

We love The Finch. Jason was so personable when he checked us in for our stay. The entire staff is so friendly and knowledgeable about Walla Walla. We have stayed at the Finch several times and this was the first time we brought our dog who was spoiled by the staff! Clean comfortable room with everything you need for a great stay. The lobby is stocked with tea, coffee, hot chocolate, popcorn and the outdoor fireplace is cozy. The Finch is conveniently located and just a block away from Great shopping and food. We were visiting our son at Whitman College which is literally right across the street. Highly recommend this hotel.
