Definitely not a 3-star place
It is rather a hostel with private bathroom than a 3-star hotel. For a price of a normal hotel one will get (1) Weird and complicated check-in involving multiple phone calls and meeting with babushka; (2) No shampoo and shower gel, just a bottle of horrible liquid soap; (3) Well-worn bedding and towels with suspicious spots; (4) Walls so thin that a whisper and snoring in could be heard from other rooms; (5) NO HOT WATER(!)
