Good hotel let down by staff
The hotel itself was great for the price, centrally located and clean with a large room. Unfortunately some of the staff let the hotel down with their unprofessional behaviour and awful customer service. Enough to put us off Novotel for life.

Great location, v close to TM station
Great location very close to Temple Meads, despite busy location, quiet with windows closed. Beds comfortable, room clean & buffet breakfast 7-11 on weekends. Works well for kids too.

Paid on hotels.com beforehand. Then they charged me at check in full price again. ! I realised only after I had paid and they had to refund me. Be careful if you stay here !!!!!

Hotel was lovely. Room air conditioning not very good. Set low as can but was uncomfortably warm all night. Disappointed with parking cost. Breakfast was lovely.

Good experience, friendly staff. Warm and comfortable.
Only complaint Saturday night from about 11 30pm to 01.30am, there was an argument going on in one of the bedrooms, shouting and door slamming every few seconds. Got louder and loude, doors slammed so hard everything vibrated in our bedroom.
