Place is dated, bartenders at the piano bar are mostly rude. The morning construction sounds with back up beepers was the worst. They honk early each morning. We used to always stay here, just feels dated.

Stinky room
The room size was adequate and appeared clean; was really hoping for better quality of amenities; bed sheets/covers were noisy and there was the stench of sewer gas in our room that just about knocked you out when you entered the room. Also, no USB ports on the lamp bases. We ended up going to another hotel.

Hotel Service not the same!!
Had to asked to clean our room since the first day was not done they said you had to ask if you need them to clean your room since they where short staffed. Also when I made my reservation it said I had a 15 dollar credit which it was not applied to our final folio. Oh beware now you have to check in at a kiosk if you try to check in at front desk you will be charged 35.99

Horrible
Had to book an extra night. Spoke with the front desk and was told it was incorporated into the rest of my stay, even called to confirm in the morning, was told that I did not need to recheck in or pay anything else. Went to lunch with family, came back was locked out of my room, went to talk to front desk, talked to three different people, to which they were rude and basically were treating me like I lied, so basically causing me to lose money and time away from my family. Didn't want to own up to their mistake. Horrible customer service, don't care about the little guy for sure!
