Clean, comfortable, and convenient
Clean and comfortable. There's a skyway that connects the hotel to the civic center which was very convenient as well as restaurants and bars on site. We would stay there again

The hotel was good. We were disappointed with the pool and hot tub. Although the pool was warm (bonus points there) the hot tub water level was low and chlorine was to much. The entire room was condinsating which made it hard to keep our belongings dry. Other than that we were very please with our stay.

Disappointed
This was our Valentine’s weekend stay. We chose a 4- star hotel and were very excited. The tv was outdated and the outlet on my side of the bed did not work despite the hotel being renovated in 2022. I requested late checkout due to a medical condition and was very rudely told that would not be possible. I felt as if I inconvenienced the front desk woman. I used to think Marriott’s were supposed to be great and was very disappointed it was considered a 4 star hotel from our experience.

This hotel was great! Everything was clean, everyone was so nice and helpful! They brought extra linens to our room for the pullout quickly and conveniently. And it's right across the road from the Civic Center! We would absolutely stay here again!

Overall, the hotel was very nice. They need to improve their elevators. The hotel was busy and the elevators are so slow. After waiting 15 minutes with a large number of other guests, we wound up walking up 7 floors to our room with luggage. Certainly not the greatest of accommodations.
