This property is a great value! My friend group of three stayed for a week at One Beach Street Vallarta and loved our stay. My stay was for 7 nights it was so bad since day one it smelled really bad we had no TV sofa bed smelled really bad so when we opened it it was stained so bad that it looked like dry blood we asked to be moved and the manager said no she was very very rude we had a leak in the toilet as well horrible experience

The hotel is in a great area, very close to the beach and minutes away from restaurants and shops. The only thing is that we paid for a queen size bed and when we got there our room had a full bed for my husband, daughter and my self. We made it work.

Overall I had a great experience. However, checking in was a bit of a cluster. There were no clear directions how to access the property in order to check in, other than the limited hours of the front desk. In the photos of the property the gates at the entrance/address of the property are shown wide open. When I arrived they were closed and locked. You had to enter through a parking garage in the rear of the building (under wear the pool is located). This needs to be added to the check in instructions to avoid confusion!!! Otherwise the rest of my stay was great. It was just a frustrating way to start my vacation.
