I'm rating this 3 stars only for the frustration that the owner had placed on me over a billing concern. Between Hotels.com and the hotel owner, I was charged for last minute extra stay and last minute cancelation from the owner even after the site chat session had received a waiver directly from the owner over the phone. I followed directions to cancel via app but evidently the owner charged my card stating she's providing me a break.
I understand the business aspect of it and agreement that applies to cancelation and shortening stays but I strongly felt that both sides did not provide some sort of customer satisfaction in this sudden cha ge of plans.
I'm no longer continuing with Hotels.com nor stay at this location. I'll be relying on AirBnB which is much more convenient, less costly and less hassle.
