Nice people, but they overcharged me. They didn’t give my full deposit back, and the people working the front desk don’t know how to use the system so I didn’t get checked in properly, and the man couldn’t check me out when I left because he didn’t know how. They charged me an extra 45$ I’m not sure why!! Since they don’t know how to use the system when you call they say the manager will look at it when they get it but they won’t call you back to give you an update.

Construction, people drinking in the parking lot, loud, cigarettes butts in the room on the floor, bedding dirty. Refused to refund my room. I didn’t stay one night there.

Disgusting!
Dirty and disgusting! Room had no garbage can, toilet paper or even a holder for toilet paper. People living in cars in parking lot...would never recommend or stay again!

2/10 Poor

I had the worst experience. First of all the room looked NOTHING like in the pictures. There were two desk roll chairs plus an additional random chair, no phone was in the room, no blackout curtains, very loud, stunk of pine sol. Floor was still wet, weird stains on the walls. All linens were stained, bed was beyond uncomfortable and the flat pillows stunk of dirty head. Cannot believe this place is even open and has the nerve to charge more than 30.00 for a room. Absolutely disgusting. Nothing matched in the room. Somehow you have very kind employees who deserve so much better than this dump of a motel.
Why are there 3 different chairs for this so called desk???
This is the non existent closet. No hangers nor anywhere to hang anything
Crappy bed. Very uncomfortable. Flat smelly pillows. Very gross

Checking in at 2am is never great but it was a quick process since I paid online and only had to collect keycards from the front desk. The gentleman working the front desk was very polite and even offered to help with our bags. My only concern is the cleanliness of the rooms. My room specifically smelled strongly of rancid bleach. No idea how that's possible. It had my stomach turning and my nose stuffed up all night. The in room air conditioning didn't help because it only stayed on for 5 minutes at a time. The bathroom reaked of urine and my Husband realized there was a wadded up pair of boxers hanging on the water line behind the toilet. The toilet was smelly and had an orange ring in the bowl. The floor around the toilet had what I believe was dried urine. The room was decorated nicely but the sheets had crayon marks or something similar on them. I know I didn't pick a fancy hotel to stay in but these are simple mistakes. Without a few of these issues, our stay would've been perfect. We won't be staying again because of cleanliness but gentleman at the front desk won't be forgotten. Thank you.

Comfortable bed
This is an older not expensive hotel. You get what you pay for. They were sealing the parking lot, so I assume that they intend to keep the hotel up as well.

2/10 Poor

Felt like a homeless shelter. Looked like a dorm room fix up /repair by college students. Floors made feet black immediately when walked on. Hair and dirt on the counters. Something had been spilled on the wall behind the toilet, pillow cases were yellow. Curtains were half torn down. I did inspect fairly closely for bed bugs and didn’t see any so that was a plus. Hotels.com should take this off their website. If there was anyway to get a refund I would never have let my family stay here. Industrial area, most other tenants appear to be living at the facility- it does feel like a shelter with private rooms. Thankfully our car was left untouched but we were very concerned for the safety and security of us and our possessions while at this property.

Don't stay here ever. Can't even give it a 1 star
Room was not as would be expected. No elrvator had tocarry luggage down stairs Room is in need of major remodel. Handle on shower would not turn so only cold water came out. Someone's dog was barking and people were very noisy most of the night. They had the laundry for the hormtel running most of the night and the person above us was dropping things on the floor late into the night. Stains on the sheets, my wife asked for a handtowel and was given on that looked like they picked it up off the laundry floor and ran an iron over it before they folded it. It was stainrd a d smelled. Do I need to go on? The place was the worst we stayed in on the trip

Travelers Beware!
Upon arrival I observed a narrow parking lot full of vehicles, some appeared inoperative and there were oil and car parts on the parking lot pavement. There were several loitering people, some setting in lawn chairs or on the back of pickups. Some others, perhaps employees, were breaking down wooden desks/furniture and loading it all into a trailer that was setting in the parking lot of the closed down Dennys restaurant next door. I was pulling a trailer and there no place to park or turn around. I was forced to park in the lot of the closed Dennys The employee who greeted me at the front desk was one of the people breaking down the desks outside. She explained that her family had purchased the motel and were in the process of a renovation. The office was small and dimly lit. It appeared and smelled unclean. I would have left immediately but I was exhausted and had already paid online. She gave me the keycard to 221. When I entered the room I was immediately hit with the smell of air freshener trying to mask a smelly room. The bed was not freshly made and the pillow cases were wrinkled and obviously had not been washed since the previous use. The sheets were mismatched and it was unknown if they recently changed or not. I took a shower and noticed the bath towel was about the size of a large hand towel. I put my t-shirt over one of the pillows and turned the sheets and the single blanket. I slept for three hours and left. The worst motel stay I can remember!

Dog hair everywhere, liquid stains all over. TV did not work, bathroom door would not close, durst in room that looks like nobody had dusted in weeks. Painters tape still on furniture. Stairs smell wet and moldy. Towels left on the floor of the stairs causing a tripping hazard. Vinal floor is cracked and lifted causing my teen child to trip and fall. I didn’t expect much for the price I paid but this is by far the worst place I’ve stayed at.
