Great service, disappointing room.

While the customer service was superb, the room itself was disappointing. It smelled musty, especially in the bathroom which had water damage on the wall, the shower was very dark, one of the two windows opened into the lobby (so was pretty useless for sunlight and fresh air) and lastly there was so cell phone service OR wifi (wifi is provided in the room but never worked).

Ich kann Genteel absolut empfehlen! Schon vor der Reise wurde ich per Whatsapp kontaktiert, bei Fragen wurde dort immer innerhalb weniger Minuten geantwortet. Ich reiste mit kleinem Kind, und auf Nachfrage durften wir etwas eher in das Apartment, was uns enorm geholfen hat. Das Apartment war sauber und mit Babybett und Hochstuhl ausgestattet. Im Laufe unseres Urlaubs hatten wir ein Problem mit unserem Apartment, sodass ich fragte, ob wir umziehen dürften. Innerhalb extrem kurzer Zeit wurde ein anderes Apartment für uns gefunden, nur wenige Meter vom alten entfernt, und wir konnten mühelos umziehen. Auch dieses war wieder sehr gut ausgestattet, sauber und absolut sicher. Nie habe ich besseren, schnelleren, freundlicheren Service erlebt, ich bin absolut begeistert. Als Alleinreisende mit Kleinkind ist alles ohnehin etwas komplizierter, das Team hat mir sehr geholfen und uns so einen wirklich tollen Urlaub ermöglicht. Danke für alles!
