The lobby and public facilities looked clean, but my room smelled heavily of urine, the curtains would not close which meant light came into the room. These conditions prevented me from getting a good night’s sleep. The curtains were not on their rungs - they were broken.

Dirty low grade hotel
Traveled with family, booked two rooms. One room was not cleaned at all - bedsheets were with crumbs and hair, peanuts all over the carpet. I asked front desk to send someone to clean the room - they declined as no one was available. I’ve asked for bed sheets and pillow cases, so I can change the bedding myself- they were able to supply the clean bedding for only one bed. Furniture and lamps in both rooms were filthy - dirty, dusty and stained. Had to put towels over the couch so we could sit down. Pool was nice, breakfast below average.

Hotel has a lot of potential. If they kept breakfast stocked it would be good, but had trouble doing that. Big pool area with two hot tubs, but only one hot tub worked. Lots of lights were out in the pool area thought. Nice size room but they did not clean room, or at least change out towels.
