Absolutely the best hotel experience in Waikiki! The spa staff was exceptional! Morning meditation, historical tours and shops staff are friendly and helpful. The valet had our taxi in less than five minutes and the housekeeping staff had our room looking fresh and tidy every day! The Mai Tai Bar has delicious snack and beverage choices and we enjoyed treats at the RH Bakery! Worth every penny!

Stayed in historic room with "resort view" should really have been no view... Room better than dated photos on hotels.com Staff very helpful and excellent service overall. Lack of room service and late night dining options are cause of deduction
