We had a minor issue with our room which was fixed immediately, and the staff were clearly very anxious to sort this without delay - very impressive. Breakfast buffet was good. Disappointing breakfast choice. At checkin i was told i could book breakfast at £12 or the following morning it would be £18. Both over priced for continental so did not bother. When ordering food and drink at bar they added servic charge without telling me and i paid for it at time of order. At checkout the following morning i asked for this to be removed and they coukd not do this as it had not been charged to my room
