Just love the quietness and cleanliness and having the mall right there to shop and eat all you do is leave the room and go to the 3rd floor and there is the the galleria mall everything at hands reach.

CLOSE THAT HOTEL
Terrible. Valet parking 56 usd plus tax. When decided not to leave it with them , the valet guy suggested that the windows of the car might get broken during the night. When complained with front desk a lady said backed them up. Pillows terrible Mattress terrible Towels were from the “heavenly collection” ( from Westin) but old, worn out, everything uncomfortable.
