Horrible
First room heater didnt work and mirror was cracked and leaking faucet 2nd room toilet was backed up amd remote to tv broken comforter had holes in it the 3rd room No comforter or pillows Front desk.agent was nice and helpful moved us got us a comforter and pillowes. Maintenance amd house keeping doesn’t do their job. Front desk agent was very nice and understanding. Yeah it was 63 honestly i wouldn't have paid that if id known. Maybe 25 dollars id pay. Management needs to step up. Hotel is only good for people on drugs and people looking for Furburgers.

Nasty dirty rooms
The experience was horrible...first off the first room I checked into 352 was not clean bed looked slept in floors dirty and a fast food sack on the table. Second room I checked into 367 the bed look slept on, floors dirty no towels in room and a empty liquor bottle on counter and one pillow...I noticed on Wednesday they took my $100 deposit and I want a reimbursement

This place is absolute disgusting
We found out when we got there that theres an 100 dollar deposit for the room, which cost more than the actual room itself. It smelled like smoke and had cigarette burn stains on every surface. There were holes in the walls, and the bathroom was disgusting. We had to wait for over 4 hours to get towels since there weren't any in the room.

Overcharged and deposit not returned
Our stay was good to begin with but ended bad.I checked in with my son and his support cat.Everything went fine at check-in, informed them of the pet, advised I had paperwork for him as a support animal and paid the fees. Due to repair work on our home I had to extend our stay several times. The lady that helped us at check in and helped us the first two extensions was very nice and convinced me to extend directly through them when needed instead of on hotels.com and I would still get the discounted rate. She provided that discounted rate those first two extensions. The third time the manager was on duty, and not give me the discounted rate and advised we could not have my sons support animal stay because they do not allow any pets other than dogs. I said I understood and had the cat stay with family elsewhere. The 4th extension the manager again did not give me the discounted rate so we ended up moving to a new Hotel chain. I was told I would get the deposit that was charged on my card at time of check-in Within three to five business days. I gave it 10 business days and still did not get my deposit back. To this day I still have not received the deposit.

DO NOT STAY HERE NO MATTER WHAT!
DO NOT STAY HERE NO MATTER WHAT!! I was delayed due to traffic and attempted to call the property. I was unable to get through to someone until 20 mins after check in time. The rep informed me that they cancelled my reservation and claimed to have tried to contact me which they did NOT. i was told they would give me back my money since they cancelled my reservation. I was one of 3 other people trying to check in and could not get into the lobby. Mind you, when I called the prompt recording stated the office is open 24/7. So I had to try and find something late at night with my two kids. The next morning very early I contacted the property to check into the room I originally reserved and was not only told they cancelled my reservation and could not allow me to check in, but that they didn't even reserve the correct room for me if I had been able to check in the night before. I reserved a two bedroom and they were going to check me into a 1 bed king room. This associate also said I would be able to get a refund through hotels.com. I then started the refund process through hotels.com and the hotel denied my refund. They lied about everything including admitting that they didn't even reserve the correct room type for me. This hotel is shady and unprofessional. Do not give them your money! Stay somewhere else and save yourself a headache.

Molded Roach infestation Room
When I got there they said that they had no more rooms because they gave mines to someone else… I got a room with no locking door… no towels in the bathroom no covers on the bed… there was a fight outside and screaming all night… There was roaches in the room…. Mold in the bathroom, no toilet paper holder, the soap holder in the shower was broken and the shower had no pressure…. I want a refund…

Had roaches in the room. Lights not working. And had no towels to use in the room. 1st night went without taking a shower. 2 nd day after asking several times still didn't get any towels . At 8 pm went and bought myself a towel and then showed to leave next day.

Very disappointing
The front desk staff was trying to help everyone, but didnt have the assets to make everything right. When I got to my room there were no towels, no toilet paper, no paper towels, no hangers, no cups or glasses (paper nor otherwise), no coffeemaker, no utensils or dishes. This room has a full kitchen, but no way to make that usefull. The clerk had to search, but found toilet paper, but not any of the other items I listed. I had to wait till after I came back from dinner to get towels cause they were in the dryer. The bed was very uncomfortable. In the morning I figured out that the mattress was flipped, the padded side down, and the bottom which I slept uncomfortably on was not designed to be slept on. There was a dried sticky mess on the nightstand. The door was warped, so didn't seal out the heat. The microwave and fridge did work. If this place were cleaned and supplied it could be a decent discount long stay motel.

Scam! Dont be bamboozled. This is a section 8 for homeless to “sober up or crash”. Showed up @11pm they were closed! They canceled my prepaid reservation & put me as a no show! After 2 hours finally got someone. This is the “room” it was disgusting grossly dirty outlet sparked cigarette burns all over counters, reeked of cigarettes, bathtub was awful, floors were separating, no remote, gaps in the door and homeless outside. This was not a “hotel” those pics are photoshopped. I came back next morning about 11 AM to get a refund or talk to someone and guess what they were CLOSED. Lobby smelled like pot. People in lobby and not a worker in sight. Run!! Do not sleep here! I drove 8 hours to stay here just to be scammed. Ended up staying at a different hotel. To top it off hotel wont answer calls so now I can’t get a refund.
