Visited the hotel about 7 years ago and it was very nice. Now the hotel looks ran down and is in desperate need to be deep cleaned, painted, updated, and renovated.

Good value
This is an old hotel with ambiance. There were a couple of problems, but they were handled pleasantly and with good attitude by the friendly staff. Back in the 50s or 60s, this would have been the place to go for a good time. Anyone who must have perfect should not go there, but we would go back just to keep this hidden treasure in business.

Decent place. Great location
We booked this location after having to leave our last booked location due to their bad quality of facility and service. This location is not high end and breakfast is continental style but over all you get what you pay for and since we were away during the day it met our needs. It wasnt that bad and we wouldnt mind staying there again.

You get what you pay for
No facecloths. Half the property is shut, the part that is open is circa 1969's Bates Motel. However it is under $50 a night so what do you expect? Tiki bar, in-house dining and pub all closed. The only Lakeview there is, you can't get to because the walkway is closed. But again, it's $50 a night!!

Waited three hours in a line to be told I needed to pay a fee, at this point in time I needed to go get my wife from the airport, I came back, and was told a different amount needed and they were out of rooms to come back in an hour, I came back ans they made us wait till 11am and then 3 and then 4 and when I asked for a refund they said no, dont stay here

Horrible place
This place was so disgusting and in such bad shape we had to stay at another hotel. The first room had a smoke alarm dangling down and the door was badly dented that we couldn’t get out of our room for 10 minutes. We went down to desk and they gave us another room and it was worse than the first. It was dirty, no smoke alarm, cigarette burns and ashes on the tables. We left and stayed somewhere else.

Worst hotel in Orlando beware
This hotel has to be the worse hotel in Orlando. The rooms look old and neglected nasty. The front desk personal focus on socializing neglect the front desk you have to yell out for service. They set me up in a room already occupied by another guess unacceptable. Stay away from that hotel.
