I am absolutely displeased about certain incidents which has left me with the insecurity of staying at Four Points Sheraton.
1) staying in pool access room. My swimming gear floats was places in my balcony at the end. When I woke up the next morning it has disappeared. I reported it and was not pleased with the result. Let say children walked up to my balcony and took the float to play with. What if any other adult want to break into my room. The staff would know nothing about it. It gave me unsecured feeling.
2) Bad service. Having breakfast at Sears restaurant, i went for hot water at the bar area, the hot water comes out very very slow and stopped from the boiler, the bartender was watching and said nothing until I ask no water, the guy said yes, it will take 10 mins to boil the water. and the staff seems having a bad mood on the day. Is it a proper way to serve the guests?
3) Leaving a jacket in the restaurant in the morning, the next day until we reported it. The restaurant should have the record which room number I was, but never attempt to inform us until we asked for it.
