Awful experience! Awful hotel!!!
This AWFUL hotel must be removed from your Web-site! I had terrible experience with check-in process and finally did not check in to my room and had to leave this hotel.

No respetan lo que dice en Internet
Nada recomendable, se que por el precio no puedes esperar y menos exigir mucho pero si le falta bastante parar un buen servicio aunque sea económico. Lo peor que no respetaron lo que por Internet reserve y solo se limitaron a decir que no era cuestión de ellos ese error de reservacion sino de HOTELES.COM que fue por donde reserve con ellos, deberían de por lo menos intentar dar solución y no sólo deslindarse diciendo que es la aplicación la responsable de ofrecer al cliente una habitación con 3 camas para 6 personas y llegas al hotel y resulta que solo es 1 cama para 2 personas. Eso me molestó bastante.
