The hotel location excellent. Very close to the walking path. Free parking is included which is a major plus!!! We stayed in suite #1. The king size bed was very hard (but we slept well)! The suite overlooked the morning sunrise. Personally, a microwave would be a great addition to this property.

We liked the peace and quiet of the area! Downside was there wasn’t much to do without taking U er or a taxi. I thought I had booked a room with the hot tub, but it was not included in our reservation. The room was comfortable and very very clean! Patio was also very enjoyable!

We totally enjoyed our stay at Phaos suites. The property was very clean and beautifully landscaped. It was just a short walk to the city. The staff Mario and owner Yannis was awesome. Would highly recommend this place. The only bad part was we only stayed for 2 days and wished we had booked a longer stay.

We were delighted with the location of Phaos and the lovely view we had from our private balcony - including the sunrise view. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Including providing transportation to/from the ferry port and arranging for our rental car to be delivered and picked up from the hotel. The Hotel staff was very friendly and courteous. I had booked a room with partial sea view. My room was upgraded to full sea view without asking. I felt very safe staying here as the location is private and away from hustle and bustle. I had a car to access the main market in Fira. The place was very clean and well maintained.

Our room was facing the sea of the eastern part of Santorini. Hence, could see sunrise every morning. Glad that it is opened during the winter season. Good to rent car to drive and explore Santorini during winter as tourists volume is low. We were the only occupier on the first 2 nights. Do note that there were condensation on the ceiling of the toilet after the hot shower during the winter season. Water droplets will be dripping from overhead.

The property was very clean and the staff were great and friendly. The view is nice especially the sunrise. Breakfast is served at your requested time with no delays. Continental breakfast is included. The property is about 15 minutes downhill walk from all the actions. You may need to get a ride back to the hotel, Definitely would stay there again.
