The staff here is excellent, especially Dennis ànd thé FG staff. Dennis arranged for us to have sweets and wine for our anniversary. It was so nice. Any problems we had were promptly dealt with. The only serious issue is that the heating system is no great ànd needs to be upgraded.

Classical Feel that Goes Back In Times
The hotel is old and it shows. It showcases it's heritage and timelessness. Questioning the interior design of the room though. We got the King bedroom and it was in a shape of a U with the bed at the end of the curve. Definetly ask and get the Fairmont Gold upgrade if it fits your budget, the club room was really nice.
