Friendly staff, clean and comfortable.
The room was well accommodated and clean and comfortable. The staff during check in and checkout were very friendly. Whether purchasing items at the snack bar or making change they were friendly. Esparanza in the breakfast area was very friendly and her service was wonderful. She even came in on Thanksgiving day to do breakfast for the guests. She always wore a smile. I will come back to the hotel because the staff were very good.

The room was nice; service was great; front desk and shuttle staff was cordial, attentive, kind and helpful. Only complaint: There was no shower gel in the room. A small bar of soap doesn't make one feel clean after a long day of travel. Hotel should have provided optional shower gel and not kept telling me that it was out

The hotel and room was comfortable and clean. The staff were very friendly and accommodating. I had also booked a room for my daughter and her family for one night. They then wanted to stay two more. I couldn't extend their stay on the app so I booked two more. The young woman at the counter, I wish I had gotten her name, was able to recheck them in the next morning so they didn't have to change rooms. Esparenza came in on Thanksgiving morning to do breakfast. She was very friendly every morning and did such a wonderful job.
