Good hotel near the cathedral, lots of dinning options nearby and very walkable. The elevator was a bit sketchy and seemed unsafe but the rooms and the rest of the hotel were nice.

A place to rest in the heart of Guadalajara
The hotel is an older building, clean, close to everything within walking distance. While there we experienced elevator issues and there was no more room in the parking garage so they sent us to a nearby place, which we had to pay for ourselves, I feel they should have paid since the description says free parking. Other than that it was a pleasant stay.

The resteraunt and bar were closed. Limited resteraunts close by The taxis and other public transportation were close and very helpful. Needed another blanket at night but my fault for not asking for one. Would stay there again as location was excellent and just what we were looking for

Bites from invisible mosquitos!
Place was comfortable, although we were getting beaten by something and more then likely it was bedbugs! The place was calm at night and the atmosphere was friendly, especially the activity staff very involved with the guests the entertainment was pleasant. The platform is not allowing me to upload fotos!
