Shame about the faulty aircon
Massive shame that the aircon in the loft suite did not work and made a shrieking noise while trying, as for summer it’s a necessity in those high rooms as they get to high 20’s in temp - made sleep under a fan only near unbearable. Everything else amazing. Breakfast sensational. Pools. Service outstanding.

Amazing Staff, Amazing Room, quiet location
From start to finish the attention to detail from the staff in particular Lax Dissanayake, Manager who immediately focused on a concern, to Angela in the service/food section, to Debbie in housekeeping, the comfort and service was impeccable, you are sure to be impressed by the level of service and care the staff have to make your stay enjoyable. A fabulous venue only a short drive to “downtown”. Furnishings in our room were showing signs of age. Nice glass of bubbles on arrival. The upstairs bar great place to sit and vegetate, but food served there was ordinary.
