A wonderful welcome in Donosti.

Fantastic hotel enhanced further by the wonderful staff, who are unfailingly helpful and charming. The rooftop bar has amazing biews over San Sebastian, the pool area likewise, and the breakfast bar has a great selection. We will come again!

Sat on the top of a high hill gives great views and peace and quiet but they have an elevator that directly links you to the street level so it’s really easy to move about. Perfect from start to finish

I cannot recommend this hotel enough. The staff are so friendly, the room was clean and the bed very comfortable. We were also lucky enough to get a corner room with a view of the bay. We did not use the spa, but the gym is well equipped and the rooftop bar and pool area is stunning. I have to mention the parking garage which is spacious, felt safe and clean. They are also dog friendly, which is important to us travelling with a pet. The room already had dog bowls and a bed ready for him. They also had a list of dog friendly tapas bars and restaurants for us, which was such a nice touch. We will absolutely use this hotel on our return to San Sebastian.

The hotel is located on the top of the hill, and there’s an elevator that takes you up and down between Main Street and hotel.
