Stayed in Berlin for a week and Nena Apartments became a real home. There were some repairs in the laundry room (which we ended up not using after all). No bath tub and no fitted sheets were mildly inconvenient. An instruction how to operate the stove would be helpful, I had to go to ask front desk to help me figure it out

Smaller than I had anticipated but clean and compact. It was quiet apart from the building work going on outside during the daytime but not really a problem as I was out for most of the day. The bed was comfortable and kitchen area had everything I needed. Loved the tiny dishwasher.

We stayed for 10 days and they never clean or changed linens nor towels even we asked it for. The staff is not friendly and the room was Not confortable, terrible pillows , no AC and no place to put you clothes. For long stays that’s not convenient

Tho I contacted them 2 weeks prior arrival about wanting separate double bed, yet upon arrival as if nothing happened and they ended giving us mobile bed which was way far from comfortable. The neighborhood is decent, many shops are close.

Location is great, really handy for Kreuzberg and Bergmannkiez which has great bars, restaurants and cafes. Also perfectly placed for the U-Bahn to connect to wherever you might want to go! Apartment itself was really spacious and comfortable, and given it’s location super quiet. Would definitely come back!

Beatifulbview from the 7th floor...However, none of them went to my apart for cleaning It up. The apartments are very clean, but there's no real reception after hours, no toiletries, the mattress was very comfortable while the pillows were Terrible! I asked the reception for different pillows and they said they're all the same. There is no room service so you have to take trash out yourself, no change of towels while we were there. Treat it like your home basically, everything is on you including a shampoo. There is a kitchentte and some kitchenware which is useful. No bowls for cereal. Location is NOT close to a metro station but is safe and 10' walk to restaurants and some bars.

Der Kühlschrank setzte jede Stunde mit einem unfassbar lauten Brummern für 15 Minuten ein. Es war so laut, dass ich dadurch geweckt wurde. Somit war es leider kein erholsamer Schlaf. Habe schon öfter hier geschlafen, es scheint sich vermutlich um einen Defekt in 303 zu handeln.
