Not the best experience!
Couldn’t fault the hotel itself or the concierge staff, all staff very polite but very slow service. Asked for early check in when booking a week before stay, didn’t get any response until the morning of check in but was not available. Arrived a couple hours early and was able to leave luggage which was handy. Upon arriving 10mins before check in time the room was still not ready and had to wait 30mins after check in time due to their system not accepting my deposit for damages/mini bar. When requesting certain items they were very slow to provide. Very noisy outside at 1am which wasn’t the hotels fault. 2 hours before check out somebody entered our room for some unknown reason, realising it was occupied and left. My partner was on the bed in her underwear!!!
