8/10 Very good

Great budget hotel. Bit outdated in terms of furniture and amenities, but location is perfect (noisy due to trains, not a problem for me though) and price is honest!

Good for the pricd
Good location, there was some noise coming from the street (our room had windows on main street). Friendly staff.

Nice hotel close to the metro and railway stations
The receptionists were friendly and check in was easy. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable, however it was strange that there was only one chair on the room despite I got a double room at the check in. Despite the room was on the first floor and was facing the street the room wasn't noisy and I could sleep well. The railway station and the closest metro station is only a few minutes walk from the hotel, it was easy to go for sightseeing.

Perfect location for business/ very short visits
Location is perfect for business visits. Just about 15 mins from the airport. The hotel itself is very outdated and noisy due to the fact that it's overseas the railtracks. Friendly staff at the reception.
2-night trip

6/10 Good

The hotel is located in a very noisy area close to a train station and a police station, and we were woken up several times during the night because of noise. It also seems a bit rundown. The bathroom only had one working light and there was no fridge in the room. Breakfast was fine, but nothing out of the ordinary.

If you are looking for a dangerous, noisy and horrible condition hotel, well this one is for you.💩💩💩

6/10 Good

Overall, good place to stay however, be aware of the fact that the hotel is located in the Red Lights District of Brussels. There is a police station next to hotel and this gives you a peace of mind. The train station across and all night hustle & bustle make the area pretty noisy at night, use ear plugs before going to bed

Unfortunate experience
It was opposite an active train station and trains ran till just after midnight but restarted before 5:00am. While there were no trains running, there were construction work happening. No bar nor mini bar available. Restaurant was only open for breakfast and staff could not recommend anything for lunch nor dinner. Outside of that, staff were friendly.
Ryan, 4-night trip

2/10 Poor

Old building and Unsafe neighborhood: Always hearing someone screaming and police coming. No soundproof windows and doors make it hard to sleep at night due to the noise from outside. We kept hearing the next room flushing because of the non-soundproof doors. Hotel rooms smell like weed; if the room above flushes the toilet, the smell and flushed water comes into my room's commode, making it smell all the time. Because of the noise, weed smell, and toilet smell, we didn’t sleep properly for four days. I wouldn’t recommend this hotel at all. Pay more and choose another hotel for a pleasant stay.

Dangerous area
Backpacking around Europe and stayed in many hotels … this was by far the worst!! Number one you get off the train into the red light district, which isn’t bad in all places but we found out that Brussels has one of the worst for bad things happening. We arrived in the evening and it was so scary. Dirty littered streets, gang members (we found out after we walked thru that actually harass tourists), people passed out on the side of the road, cop cars (which was the only thing that settled our minds with the station next to the hotel). After checking in, we went straight to our room and didn’t leave it until the next morning. A/C and elevator were both broke. Out of the many outlets in the room, only one worked. It was so hot and we could not open the windows because of the all night party going on outside. I got locked in the bathroom because the lock was broke. Only nice thing that happened was they were quick to come with the key. WiFi goes in and out. We called several places to try to switch and planned to ask for a police escort, but could not find anything… which ended up being ok since we didn’t want to have to leave our room anyway. I was wondering why there aren’t any reviews on this place. Do they get deleted?

No entanto, o lado esquerdo é bem tranquilo! Muito confortável! Adoramos!
