Paris is wonderful, but our stay at the Ibis was extremely unpleasant. We stayed for 6 days. On the first day we requested repairs to the air conditioning which was not working, it was very hot and we had 6 bad nights sleep. Every day the front desk said he would send a technician to fix it and nothing was done. I sent a message to hotel and email to Arcor Network and no response. On the third day we spoke with Igor, who was very attentive and friendly, but he did not solve our problem. He said he would fix the air or the next day he would be changing rooms and again nothing was done. On the fifth day we had a problem with breakfast, the girl, very rude called Ines, made us pay for breakfast on time, unlike on other days when we left our name on the list to be paid at check out. I asked for water replacement and the 3rd time she brought and left the bottle on our table, soon after a new customer requests water and she takes our bottle and gives it to the other customer. We went to try to have dinner at the hotel's restaurant and the menu and advertisement at the hotel said one type of menu, when we arrived at the restaurant the menu was another. Totally frustrated. I definitely do not recommend this hotel.
