Good but issues
Nice place for the price and free parking, but the noise from the freeway and all the cops and ambulances alllllll night kept us up. I know this is nothing the hotel can help, but it was bad. So many going up and down ball road all night we didn’t sleep much. And when we checked in the guy was not very friendly, it was silent and cold in the lobby, it’s Christmas time right across from Disneyland we were expecting some music maybe some decoration. It was just an odd check in. Breakfast area is very small no where to sit maybe 4 tables and long line for waffles. Good for you if you can sleep through noise.

lumpy pillows and good breakfast
it was okay for the price. the room smelled weird and was always hot and stuffy. we had to leave the sliding door to the balcony open to keep cool and get fresh air. the mattresses we're comfortable but the pillows, not so much. our necks were SO SORE by the end of the trip. they were so round and lumpy, we couldn't make them flat enough to get comfortable. on a positive note, we were satisfied with the complimentary breakfast. it was a good start to our disney trip.

This hotel mini suite is perfect for my party. It gives everyone a bed and space to relax in. The price is great. The hotel is 2 minutes from the Disneyland parking structure. So convenient.

Overall our stay was good. The main things missing was breakfast choices. Should offer proteins like eggs and sausage. The 2 queen beds did not look or feel like queens they were more like full beds size.

Dirty floors
The carpets can use a DEEP cleaning. I took off my shoes and within 2 mins a feet was black and my family feet was black and dirty from all the previous ppl that stayed in that room before me. MUCH NEEDED CLEANING.

Just Ok for budget conscience but would not stay
Little weathered. Carpet and curtains old. Air did not work so well but comfortable night in November. Not sure it would do in summer. Pillows were terrible. The most disappointing was breakfast. Waffle machine with premade mix in cups, bread and bagel to toast and bananas. That was it. OJ tasted funny. The coffee with powdered cream packets wasn’t good. Daughter stayed at hotel next door across street that looked like castle and paid $60 more a night but got a free shuttle and hot breakfast buffet and huge room. About same price with having to buy breakfast and take Ubers. Wouldn’t stay here again.

First time, probably the last
The overall condition of the hotel was good. The room was clean and the furniture felt newer. The issue was with the bathroom, there were darks stains on the wall and on the ceiling that were coming through the paint. This is something I hope they address for others. Looking back I should have taken photographs to share sorry
