Très bien situé par rapport à la gare centrale. 160, juste en face. Équipé d’un parking souterrain privé gratuit. Personnel agréable. Hall d’entrée joli. Chambres et couloirs tout moquette, aspect général intérieur et extérieur. Désuet. Fenêtres qui ne s’ouvrent pas, mal isolées thermiquement et phoniquement. On entre d le trafic routier et bus qui produisent un son basse fréquence désagréable. Cuisine qui semble pas faite sur place mais préparée ailleurs et réchauffée, bien que correcte. Chambre non équipée de fer à repasser, ni fer. Mais on peut en demander à l’accueil. Encore une fois, personnel agréable et compétent mais l’hôtel est vieillissant et n’a pas/ plus? le standard d’un 4*. Tout juste un 3*

L'hôtel n'est pas du tout au même standing que les autres hôtel Mercure malgré un prix très élevé, ma chambre ressemblait a une chambre des année 90 moquette horrible et en mauvais état au sol, la salle de bain laisse a désirer, l'état général de la chambre laisse à désirer, seul le personnel était très agréable PS: le Parking souterrain est une catastrophe obligé de manœuvrer pendant plusieurs minutes pour se garer et ne pas abimer ma voiture …
