Stayed for 3 nights. The first night could barely sleep due to constant noise in the hallway and people coming and going into the room across the corridor. Quality of sound proofing is poor. The worse problem was awful noise coming from the courtyard - I guess it was heating/aircon. It was suddenly coming on and off throughout the night. Turning off aircon unit did not help at all. I asked at the reception and was able to change the room to get away from noisy neighbors. But the awful suddenly appearing noise from courtyard remained. Despite very convenient location and reasonable price, I don't think I will stay at this hotel again, especially in winter.

Very good experience from the start until the end.
The staff was very accommodating, friendly, flexible and helpful throughout the length of my stay. The location is excellent for the guests who do not drive due to the close proximity to many restaurants, bars and shopping malls plus the subway routes that are passing by.

Great, room, service and location
Perfectly placement, close to metro Peel. Staff was really polite and kind. Let us get early check in into our room which was so helpful since we arrived at 7am and check in was 3pm. My only complaint was that the room was dark, not much light and a tiny corner window. But other than that, super happy with our stay!
