very clean rooms and no lingering smells. early morning (6 am) doors started opening then a loud close.. we went down to breakfast at 9..and the food was not fresh and just warm..i know not many people using the hotel during winter months. so i do understand..but was disappointed

Unfortunately my room had bed bugs. I have several bites all over my body, arms, hands, neck and face. As well there were several people loitering in the lobby and outside at all times. I will say however that the staff was very hospitable and my stay was fully covered. I will not be returning despite the service though.

Our room was in dire need of an updating, we continually were awakened by heavy footsteps coming from the room above us = sound proofing was inadequate. Checking in was amazing and the front stay was approachable and informative of the area. The room had alll amenities for a great stay and they had gluten free options for my family. There was a few things to do in walking distance and it was a beautiful place to stay.
