A beautiful property lovingly tended.
I have been staying in hotels for 60-years. None of them are more charming or lovingly tended than the Glynmill. It is at the very top of my favorites.

Nice stay
Staff were friendly and the multiple in-house options for cuisine and beverage were stupendous. Easy parking and quick check in. Excellent water pressure in the shower and powerful evacuation of the toilet.

Beautiful setting and wonderful history. The inn is quite nice and in a great location. Lots of walking paths and very close to downtown and many amenities such as restaurants bars shops etc. staff were excellent courteous personable etc. breakfast was very good and very reasonable. The lounge had great options for a pub fare dinner. The Only negative is that the carpeting in the halls could use replacement.

The place has a beautiful location. The property is beautiful and the structure its self looks like an old well maintained house. With that being said, it is old, very outdated. The carpets throughout gave it a dingy feel. The beds were comfortable but the bathroom and furniture gave it the same feel, very dark and dull. We could hear the neighboring room quite well which wasn’t great. Lady who checked us in wasn’t welcoming but the rest seemed quite lovely. I wouldn’t recommend a stay here unless you’re in a pinch. I understand the want to keep the “old” building feel but the inside could use some serious updating.
