I booked a hotel state at the element tampo hotel for Christmas. For my family and I, it was from 12/24/2024 checking out 12/27/2024.
We checked in late on the 24th and went to bed. When we woke up, we realized that we slept in bedding, that had feces in it. My wife and I were really disgusted. Especially when we were with our five year old and our two month old baby. We called customer service as soon as possible. Uh, to talk to management about it, and they told us that they had no idea where management was. We tried reaching them throughout the whole stay from the 24th to the 27th. We never received the callback from management to talk about the situation. When we talk to the employees, they said that they had no idea why management never showed up. Especially for the Christmas week. And it was obvious that management was avoiding me. I need someone to reach out to me to get this result. It has been now over two months, and no one has reached out to me.Even though they have my information.
