Dated, Decent but to be improved.
You could make out that the hotel has been around for a while. The hotel was very busy when we arrived and understandably our room was not ready as we arrived a couple of hours earlier than check in. Unfortunately at registration and when receiving the keys, we were not informed of any facilities or restaurants, where breakfast was etc, it was almost like we had to figure it out ourselves, and the worst part was that you could see other guests being provided all the information needed.
The room was big, with a balcony and a good bathroom with a bathtub. I do believe that the hotel needs to match with current times, for example, televisions need to be updated so as guests can connect their own streaming accounts.
Unfortunately, on our 1st day there, I hurt my ankle and was unable to walk to the breakfast area. When I asked the hotel if they would be able to help, they mentioned they would be able to provide breakfast to the room, but when i asked what they would provide, they mentioned 'Bread basket'.
Nope, not good enough at all.
Definitely improvements points could be worked on.
