This quiet sleeper is a keeper. Looks a bit run down on the outside but is lovely inside. The staff were all lovely, especially the front desk staff. Great atmosphere and ran a great conference. King size room is very roomy and the bed is super comfy. The Japanese all singing all dancing toilet did need a new battery in the controller and this want addressed the 3 nights I was there but I also didn’t ask.

From check in to check out, all staff interacted with with professional, helpful and friendly. It was very much a pleasure staying at this hotel.
