We enter the family suite of 5-7 occupancy allowed with only two bath towels and two hand towels and toiletries were not complete. No hand soap, no conditioner, no lotion. When requested, the left the toiletries in a garbage bag in the room for us to discover ourselves upon our return to the room. There were no pool towels on the first day. No teaspoons for our coffee. WC seat had urine stain. Very disappointing stay.

Really really bad experience. Not worth at all. It is 3 star hotel. No staff to take care of your need post checkout. No room service. Even if you need water go to ground floor and pick from security guard . Only thing you get is swiming pool. Breakfast is pathetic even no butter available with breads.
