The room kept the normal high standard of most Norwegian hotels in its class. What set this stay apart was the extra service. I mentioned in the check-in feedback that the room was cold, and shortly after, a staff member knocked on the door with a heater. It was much appreciated. The only downside is that you have to pay for coffee and tea in the lobby and no possibility to make these in the room. I expect the latter to be because of Covid. If not, it would be an area for improvement. Otherwise, I can recommend the hotel. The location is perfect by the harbor with many restaurants.
