El hotel a pesar de ser nuevo tiene muchos problemas de goteras o filtraciones... Llegando me cobraron un extra porque la página de hoteles.com no les paso bien la edad de mis hijos... Todo fue excelente! Muy buen servicio del salvavidas del parque acuático, Angel Covarrubias, muy atento al cuidado de niños y adultos. También Yassenia del buffet, muy atenta x las mañana, lista para resolver cualquier solicitud y siempre con una sonrisa. También nos atendió Dafne el último día, con una gran sonrisa. El camioncito que te lleva a Splash, Moises siempre tiene un chiste o un comentario agradable. Kevin del restaurante Japonés súper atento y muy buenas recomendaciones.

Dreams Bahia was amazing for our family of 5!!! The all inclusive experience was amazing especially all the food it was delicious and so easy for kids. Thank you for a wonderful trip.
