Very friendly staff. Some room furniture could do with a bit of updating. Need a swimming hat to use the pool which was a little on the chilly side but not too bad. Restaurant/bar staff very busy. Could do with a bit more help but they remained very calm and polite. Food good and plenty of it.

A decent hotel, overall clean & those staff we interacted with were friendly & helpful. The hotel was a good base for us as we wanted to explore Galway City & area. We were delighted to find the little town of Oranmore, which is only 10 minutes walk from the hotel, which has great pubs & restaurants, so that was an added bonus. A taxi into Galway City was pricey, at 24 euros, but we did later discover the bus service, which was 4.5 euros each way.

This hotel is relativity modern although a little behind the times. Bedrooms clean and tidy, they lack a wall mounted TV and no safe. Little touches like a small fridge. No air conditioning so rooms overlooking the road are noisy.

Hotel is walking distance from centre of Oranmore and there is plenty of choice at breakfast (although nothing is made to order). Housekeeping a bit hit and miss - towels changed unnecessarily, bins not emptied and hospitality tray not topped up. Mostly, the staff were friendly and helpful.
