Better than I thought
First time in this hotel, booked it due to the affordable price. The hotel was being remodeled in an area to make the rooms more modern. The lobby was big, clean, modern and fun. Pool table, lounge area with big TVs, coffee and sandwich restaurant. They also had a nice Italian restaurant. Indoor pool was great for the kids. I’m sure in the summer time the outdoor pool and the views are a lot nicer. I was expecting a regular tourist hotel with just the necessities but they offered us a lot more than what I was expecting. Big bathroom, two queen beds and the room had plenty of space to move around in. Nice TV in the room with plenty of channels to watch your shows. Very close to Pier 290 restaurant where we ate and to downtown Geneva. Will book there again.

Refreshing but worth it
It was nice but it's under renovation which means it's pretty messy, dusty, and a little hard to navigate. Otherwise, it was a nice stay.

Everything was incredible on the trip. I enjoyed my stay while I was there. The room was beautiful with a gorgeous view of the lake. However, when my boyfriend and I went to our room to check it out, we noticed something on the wall that made us a little grossed out, which was a bloody booger on the wall. We didn’t let that stop us from enjoying our stay. The environment was amazing as well with an amazing indoor pool and hot tub. Thank you all for a wonderful hospitality, I would love to come back soon to stay at this hotel again.

Mediocre at best
The renovations in your lobby are beautiful. The Italian restaurant was very good. Our room was stuck in the middle of your area being renovated. The plywood divider in the hallway was unsafe. In my opinion. The renovations of the room were lackluster at best. Overall, I was a little bit disappointed because I had paid the exact same rate to stay at the grand Geneva the night before

Weve stayed before the renovations started and it was one of our favorite hotels in geneva. Its currently our least favorite. Cheap updates,cut alot of corners trying to save money to modernize rooms. We probably wont return again.

We took a drivable long weekend from St. Louis area and it was amazing!!❤️ Took dog with and found walkable lakes(15,000 steps each day) , great restaurants,shops, breweries,friendly people!! Will definitely be back!! Our Lodge held a “ brew and spirits”event with 48 breweries represented! Had a beautiful golf course as well!!

I'd stay again.
We reserved a double queen with a lake view, but we could not see the lake at all. Also, the queen beds were small, seemed more like doubles. However, any issues we had or supplies needed were taken care of very promptly, and all staff was very friendly.
