This is one of the few hotels that have a private beach on Madero, this hotel was magnificent like 20 years ago , now needs a lot of maintenance, the floor is cracked there are spots that still have the title broken and the luggage gets caught in them, the walls are dirty, also the furniture inside the room.
The rooms are so sad , the towels are gray bc they are super old (like the ones that we give to our pets) they don’t have wifi. The bathroom is old old , so old that you can hear the plumbing making noises.
The food is edible, noting to remember.
The “all inclusive” has one choice of beer without paying.
I had an incident where I “lost” my phone , and the security manager was so horrible with me and was just telling me that the service didn’t take it , when I was just arriving and I had talked only with 2 persons ( one at the towel for the pools and the other on the bar at the beach) , so she didn’t help. The reception manager was the one who helped me, I had to call the police so I could go and file a demand so they could investigate an check the cameras bc the security manager didn’t want to do it. I called my number and they turned it of. Th next day when I was going to the police they “found it “ . So my experience was so awful, I will never recommend, and never return again.
