Casino trip was awsome.
Had a great stay at the Hampton. Had a little issue with the tub in the room but the Staff did everything to make up for it. Will definitely stay again. Keisha at the front desk was awesome.

Hot water and thieves
Unfortunately, we woke up to no hot water the morning of our stay. When I told the front desk, she shared that they were aware and maintenance was working on it. Made for a cold morning in January. Also, make sure to lock your cars. We left ours unlocked and someone went through it overnight and took a few things.

Very nice stay
Was welcomed by Latonya upon checkin. She was friendly and communicated well on policies, etc. We had to bring our dog at the last minute. She helped ease my concerns by answering questions and such. Must say that the hotel was quite clean and did not smell like animals or the potential by products. Housekeeping was attentive and took great care of us as well as the hotel in general. They also had good communication letting us know there would be no service on Christmas day. They provided extra towels and tended to our room the day before. The breakfast are was well stocked and the staff was kind. My only complaint was that the bed was not as comfortable as I remembered from previous Hampton Inn stays.
