Front desk failed on basic customer service. At check in one desk staff said they could help us coordinate a parcel shipment for us but when we tried to get some help they told us they do not do that any more.

Not normal Scandic standard. If you have an electric car it is not the hotel to stay at... they have only slow charger an that is okay but you are only supposed to use it for 5 hours. That means you have to go up in the night and move your car. Or if you charge it later you have to move the car before 7am. If not not they add a cost for parking 24 hours even if you move you car just minutes after 7am.

Hotellin ravintola on ylihintainen laatuunsa nähden, mutta aamupala on loistava. Metrot eivät kulkeneet hotellille asti ja metrobussit olivat epäluotettavat. Kunhan metro alkaa toimimaan koko matkalla sijainti on loistava mutta rakennustöiden aikana tämä hankaloittaa kulkemista todella paljon. Itse hotelli on rauhallinen ja viihtyisä. Henkilökunta oli avuliasta ja ystävällistä.
