The service was amazing! Had everything for a restful vaca- loved the very clean pool with lots of comfy chairs. We enjoyed hot tub and the fire pit was big enough for several people. This does not look to me like a 4-star hotel. It's nice and clean, but there is a summation of small things that add up fast: entry is on the main road, away from the parking. Parking is limited (7??). You get buzzed into the hotel. Staff is not welcoming, but more "oh! u're here". Rooms are with old-school bulky keys that I don't want to carry in my pocket. The shower is in the room; small space between the bed and other furniture. Same with the bathroom door and my knees sitting down... And I can continue. With that. The rooms are clean and decent...

Great stay!
This was such a pleasant stay and a very nice hotel. I would definitely recommend. The pool and hot tub are amazing and the rooms are very comfortable and when I asked the manager if there were any sweets I could purchase for dessert, he ended up baking me chocolate chip cookies himself and delivering them to my room. This place goes above and beyond! The only reason I took one star off from comfort is that they start a playlist from speakers right outside the room quite early in the morning for the entire day. The music is very loud and it would be better if it started later or was a bit quieter. It is difficult to escape.

The hotel was nice. However I called the property early in the day to let them know I’d be checking in after 3pm. The person who picked up was kinda rude about it while I explained my situation. They told me I’d have until 11 to check in. Later on around 7 I received a texted stating that check in time needed to happen before the 10 pm. I book a room that said Mountain View once I got there, there was no view of the mountain, no WiFi, & no tv. The room overall was nice but super small. Would I go there again? No. Would I recommend? No
