HORRIBLE
The room was not very clean. The floor we were on smelled like skunk smoke. Tried to change floors to a different room and the clerk said they were full...BUT a guy came in for a room as we were waiting on the elevator and he had a room for him and he did not have a reservation! Only 2 towels and wash cloths when i booked the room for 3. I will NEVER stay at this hotel again!

Terrible hotel!! Don't stay here
This place is falling apart and the staff doesn't care. First of all what hotel charges $15 to check in an hour or 30 minutes early? If the room is ready it's ready. Why are you charging me to get out of your lobby when my room is ready? Breakfast was a joke. No eggs or breakfast meat. Just waffles and toast. But the coffee was good. Floor in our room was so bad I was afraid I would fall through it. Ceiling had hanging plaster. Looks like there was a leak that was poorly repaired and they didn't repair the floor at all. Day 2 our keys didn't work and the desk attendant didn't even apologize or really say anything to me. Just reprogrammed and said "here". There was a group in the parking lot working on vehicles and spray painting a truck. Do not stay here!!!

Upon checkout the page refreshed and a new date was on my receipt. I did not change the date nor want it changed. Reached out to the hotel and was told I had to pay an extra $100 to change the date back to the original date. Called the front desk and I was told to deal with it. There's nothing they can do. So I was not able to stay in my room but was still charged for it.

The bathroom smelled like urine, the room smelled like stale cigarette smoke ( non smoking room), breakfast appeared to be waffles or cereal, tv remote didn’t work, there was only decafe coffee in the room, no tea in the room as advertised. I will not be staying there again.

It was dirty the hallways were dirty and it smelled like weed everywhere. We reserved 4 rooms and we found spider web in one 2 dead roaches in another, overall it was a big disappointment. They also charged you additional 15 dollars per room at check in. Big disappointment.
